Mark Abrams
CEO

Mark Abrams is CEO and Founder of 12th Tech.

Mark’s technology career has spanned more than two decades with diverse experience designing and innovating across many businesses, platforms, processes, and industries. In 1995 Mark became VP of Technology at Quiktrak, Inc and was promoted to CTO and Board Member. Mark’s vision and leadership of all Strategy, Development, IT and Technical Support led to the creation of one of the industry’s first automated auditing platforms and the key differential value for Quiktrak, which grew from a regional auditing service provider to global company that was successfully sold to Bureau Veritas in 2014.

Mark, with his 20 years of experience, saw an opportunity that was not being addressed by creating disruptive auditing methods and analytics utilizing cloud, mobile, networking, and asset identification technologies to create 12th Tech and the Real Time Intelligent Auditing System to serve clients around the word.

Casey J. Holyk
VP of Business Development

As Vice President of Business Development Mr. Holyk will be leading business development and client success worldwide as 12th Tech positions itself for rapid growth in 2022 and beyond.

Casey brings more than 26 years of leadership experience in audit and inventory management, the automotive industry, and SaaS sales. Mr. Holyk has held executive leadership roles spanning Sales, Operations, and Client Development, including VP of Client Relations for Quiktrak, an auditing services firm; he also spent 17 years with the largest automotive auction company in the world. Mr. Holyk’s specialization in risk mitigation software, comprehensive knowledge of the floor plan industry, along with his experience working with some of the largest wholesale finance companies in the world give him an in-depth knowledge of wholesale auditing processes and client needs.

Jeremy Walker
Director of Software Development

Jeremy Walker is responsible for managing all aspects of Software Development for 12th Tech.

He brings vast knowledge in both technical and the business side of wholesale finance auditing to 12th Tech. Previously he was at Quiktrak where he managed the development team for the entire development cycle from project specifications through to implementation and where he worked with the CTO to address the challenges of providing a global solution.

Jeremy now brings those years of experience and manages the technical team at 12th Tech.

Reed Stager
Strategy and Business Development

Reed Stager is responsible for strategy and development for 12th Tech.

Reed brings more than 25 years of experience leading and growing technology based public and private companies including roles as Chief Operating Officer for Swan Island Networks; COO for Sonetics Corporation, including its Firecom and Flightcom divisions; CEO and founder of Pinnacle Licensing Group, a global technology and intellectual property licensing company; Vice President of Product Management for NAVIS; and Executive Vice President and Corporate Officer for Digimarc including leading its Digital Watermarking, Intellectual Property and Licensing businesses while also leading Corporate Marketing and Public Policy.

Reed has also served as Vice President of Marketing for MERANT, General Manager and Director of Global Marketing for In Focus Systems as the company grew from $50 million to $350 million; and Director of Marketing and International Operations Manager at Mentor Graphics where he managed multiple US and international operations, marketing, and services groups as the company grew from $1 million to over $400 million in revenue.

Reed has served on the Board of Directors of Quiktrak Corporation and Accumulus Corporation and as an advisor to a number of high technology companies through his leadership of the Five Peaks Group. He has also served as Chairman of the Board for the Digital Watermarking Alliance; as Chairman of the Government Affairs Committee of the Document Security Alliance which was instrumental in creation of the Real ID Act; and on the board of the International Imaging Industry Association. Along the way, Reed has also received multiple US Patents.

Reed is a National Merit Scholar who holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Lewis and Clark College,
